Hi!

My name is JD: creator of Coach JD Designs, Artist, Collector, & Teacher/Coach in the SF Bay Area.

Coach JD Designs: Created in 2017 as a new fun way to bring together my hobbies under one name where I can design, create, and get my art out for so many to see. I have been fortunate to meet so many great people and to have worked fun projects since the start.

Artist: I always enjoyed drawing and doodling but decided to kick it up a notch 8 years ago. Under the name Coach JD Designs I started digital and traditional art commissions through Instagram. This led to me designing a logo for a local toy store which then brought me to Artist Alleys at Comic Book Conventions.

Collector: Pokemon, One Piece & LEGO are my current focus for collecting. To make room for new pieces in the collection I sell on Mercari.

Teacher/Coach: This is where the "Coach" in Coach JD Designs comes from. I was a coach for 10 years coaching Track & Field while attending college for teaching. After college my first teaching job was as the Art teacher but I have been teaching PE ever since.
